What can I store in the units?

Household furniture, boxes, appliances, and sports equipment. Please do not store perishables, hazardous materials, or anything prohibited by law. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us.

How much space do I actually need?

Our 6m² unit suits a single room or a one-bedroom apartment's contents. The 12m² unit handles larger volumes — a 2–3 room apartment or significant business inventory. Tell us what you need to store and we'll recommend the right size.

How does the pickup service work?

We send a team to your address, pack and load your furniture professionally, and transport it to your unit. When you're ready to end storage, we deliver everything back to your new address. The pickup and delivery is priced separately from the monthly storage rental.

What does monthly cancellation mean exactly?

No minimum contract period. Cancel at any time with one month's notice. You pay for exactly as long as you need — nothing more, no penalties.

Are my belongings insured while in storage?

Yes. Your stored belongings are covered by our insurance partner Die Mobiliar throughout the storage period. In the event of damage, claims are processed quickly and without complications.
