What exactly does the handover guarantee cover?
If the landlord's Wohnungsabnahme inspection identifies any cleaning deficiencies, our team returns and addresses them at no additional cost. The guarantee covers the cleaning work — it does not cover pre-existing damage or items that are not a cleaning matter.
What does a Swiss move-out clean actually include?
A full Swiss Auszugsreinigung covers: all rooms top to bottom, inside and outside of all kitchen appliances, bathroom and toilet including grout, window tracks and frames, all floor surfaces, light switches and sockets, skirting boards, door frames, and cupboard interiors. Swiss landlords check all of these.
Can I book cleaning together with my move?
Yes — this is the most practical approach. We schedule the move first, then the cleaning team follows once the property is empty. One coordinated booking, one handover date. Tell us when you book your move that you need cleaning included.
I'm leaving Switzerland before the inspection — can you manage this?
